Use of property for engagement photos, scheduled time required.

You may schedule a 2 hour time to have rehearsal, no rehearsal dinner. This must be scheduled when there are no other events scheduled, usually on a Thursday or Friday.

A non-refundable booking fee of $1000.00 is required to reserve your date, is due upon signing our contract and is applied towards your final total. This booking fee is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel the date of your event for any reason.

You are responsible for bottled water and other beverages served. All activities related to food preparation, presentation, serving, food clean-up must be performed by your caterer. No refrigerator, commercial kitchen or oven are available.

Beer and wine only facility. Bartending services are allowed, with the purchase of liability insurance. All bartending services end at 8:30pm.

Maximum Occupancy: Firebrand LLC has been approved to a maximum occupancy of 250 persons.

Children: We love having children share this special day! However, we ask that all children be in the company of an adult at all times for safety reasons. We do not want anyone getting hurt.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. However, smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas. We respect your right to smoke, please respect the forest. Only you can prevent forest fires.

Music and Noise: In accordance with your agreement with Firebrand LLC, no music is allowed after 9:00pm. Our DJs know + understand that we want to be courteous of our neighbors.

Parking: Parking attendants will be provided to guide guests to the designated parking area.

Decorations: No confetti, rice or silly string are allowed.
